Built specifically for Federal Agencies, Feith’s RMA iQ streamlines the entire electronic records lifecycle to ensure compliance, efficiency, and trust at every stage:

1. Capturing records upon creation
2. Categorizing and retaining them according to retention schedules
3. Securely transferring permanent records to NARA

Underlying this process is a cutting-edge AI large language model tuned to the GRS and your RCSs, which analyzes your records and ensures they are handled according to the law. With on premises deployment options for classified records, more than 50 agencies served, and availability on the FedRAMP Marketplace, RMA iQ isn’t just a powerful solution, it’s one you can trust.

"Harnessing AI for Federal Records Management"

February 19, 2026

OVERVIEW: AI makes records management mission critical.

Large language models are the first technology capable of operating across an agency's entire information landscape. That capability is transformative, but only for organizations that can control, classify, and govern their records. Without that foundation, AI initiatives stall or introduce new risk.

This session makes the case that records management is no longer a compliance afterthought but a prerequisite for AI adoption. Drawing on federal implementations, we'll examine how agencies are applying LLMs to automate metadata extraction, accelerate FOIA responses, and detect sensitive content, and why these efforts succeed or fail based on records maturity.

Attendees will leave with a framework for identifying where AI can be safely deployed across the information lifecycle.
