UPDATE AS OF 4/25| 9:45AM ET | NAGARA has a hold on 100 additional nightly rooms at a nearby overflow hotel. Finalizing the contract with the venue may take several days, but attendees will likely be able to make accommodations at the overflow hotel as early as late next week. Worry not! UPDATE AS OF 4/24 | 4:30PM ET | NAGARA has identified a overflow hotel 0.3 miles from the Omni and is now working on a contract to secure additional rooms for attendees. We anticipate having a contract in place in the coming days. Rest assured we're hard at work doing all we can to provide you the most cost-efficient rooming options to attend this year's conference. We are now working closely with the hotel to secure additional rooms (if possible) and working with nearby hotels to secure overflow rooms for attendees. How to Make a Reservation:

To make a reservation, guests may either call Omni Reservations direct at 1-800-THE-OMNI and refer to the group name and meeting name ("NAGARA" or "National Association of Government Archives and Records Administrators"), OR guests may book online through NAGARA's Custom Group Reservation Link.

All room rates quoted are exclusive of appropriate state and local taxes, fees and assessments, currently 16.9% and a $5.00 state fee per room, per night, are subject to change without notice.

 The cut-off date for accepting reservations into this room block is Sunday, June 16, 2024, or while rooms in the block are available, whichever comes first. Reservation requests received after 5:00PM local Hotel time on the cut-off date will be accepted based on guest room availability at the prevailing transient rates.

 Hotel check-in time is 4:00PM; check-out time is 11:00AM. All guests arriving before 4:00PM will be accommodated as rooms become available. Hotel Guest Service staff can arrange to check baggage for those arriving early when rooms are unavailable and for guests attending functions on departure day.
