GETTING TOGETHER, SAFELY

***Disclaimer: NAGARA is committed to the safety and well-being of all of its members, and will take all appropriate precautions during live events to reduce the risk of COVID-19 among attendees. However, there is no guarantee that attendees will not be exposed to or contract the virus at any time traveling to or attending the event. Attendees must acknowledge and accept this risk if they are to attend, and will agree to hold NAGARA blameless in any such case.***

The circulation of COVID-19 variants changes frequently, and NAGARA may need to issue updates to this plan as the conference approaches.

In-person conference attendees are required to:

• show proof of either being fully vaccinated against COVID-19 (one dose of the Johnson & Johnson vaccine or two doses of any other governmentally approved vaccine) OR a negative COVID-19 test result from within 72 hours of arrival at the conference.
  
  
• show proof of vaccination or negative test, as specified above, along with photo ID, at the NAGARA check-in desk upon arrival to receive attendee badge and conference packet.
  
  
• adhere to all COVID-19 protocols set by NAGARA by complying with all relevant signage and instructions, and by complying with all seating and capacity restrictions.
  
  
• immediately discontinue their conference participation if experiencing symptoms associated with COVID-19 while attending the conference and seek medical care if necessary.
  
  
• notify NAGARA in the event that they test positive for COVID-19 within 2 weeks immediately following attendance at the conference. In such a case NAGARA will notify all attendees that an anonymous attendee has tested positive, and that they should take appropriate precautions.

No exceptions will be made to this policy. Those who cannot provide proof of vaccination or negative test will be turned away. Failure to comply with COVID protocols may result in revocation of attendance rights.
