December 2020 - Conducting Records Management in the Time of COVID, or How We Learned to Maintain a Sunny Disposition


Overview: The upended working conditions brought on by a global pandemic provided opportunities to learn about records management in new conditions as well as to figure out how to teach about records management and carry out the rest of our normal duties with a distributed workforce as well as a distributed audience.  We'll share some of the practical tips we've learned about internal workflows while teleworking and about implementing cloud-based technologies and their impacts on good records management.
