The National Association of Government Archives and Records Administrators (NAGARA) will meet in St. Paul, MN from July 17-20, 2019, for the 2019 NAGARA Annual Conference. NAGARA invites interested parties to submit session proposals that will inspire and engage your professional colleagues. The 2019 Program Committee seeks sessions and presentation proposals on any aspect of government archives and records management practices at the local, state, and Federal level, as well as their intersections with other professions and domains. This year's theme is "10,000 Lakes, 10,000 Opportunities" Archivists and record managers who participate in the program must register and secure institutional or personal funding. However, to offset costs, NAGARA will provide session presenters (excluding those who serve only as session chair) with a 10% registration discount.
Quick! What do the numbers 2, 35, 900, and 10,000 have in common? They all lead to the 2019 NAGARA Annual Conference!
Do you have an idea for a session, workshop, or round-table discussion? The 2019 Program Committee would love to hear from you. Let these numbers get your creative juices flowing.
SUBMIT YOUR SESSION PROPOSAL IDEA TODAY! Session Proposals will be evaluated on the strength of the abstract, the diversity of the speakers and their experience, the completeness of the proposal, the relevance of the proposal topic to NAGARA members and/or the archives and records management professions, and the proposal's relevance to the conference theme: 10,000 Opportunities!
