SESSION 5: "Microsoft 365 and eDiscovery"


OVERVIEW: As part of the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) leadership’s commitment to embracing technology and leveraging its power to improve its service to all stakeholders, the Commission has rapidly adopted and deployed Microsoft 365 solutions to support its mission. EEOC Acting Executive Officer Rachel See led her Agency’s deployment of Teams, and has played an active role in her Agency's adoption of SharePoint- and PowerApps-based solutions and the use of eDiscovery tools within Microsoft 365. In this Forum session, the presenter will discuss strategies and lessons learned from this experience, as well as the EEOC’s ongoing use of Teams Phone Services, OneDrive, Windows Virtual Desktop, and other M365 solutions.
