SPEAKER: Alicia Patterson, Sr. Records Analyst, Western Area Power Administration (WAPA), and Andrea Heimbrock, Lead Electronic Records Manager, U.S. Department of Energy
 

 

Alicia Patterson is a records specialist who focuses in building custom and day forward Electronic Records Management programs for companies, using SharePoint Online and the Microsoft 365 tenet. Alicia has a MLIS from the University of Pittsburgh and has worked on ERM for Portland General Electric, Johns Manville, and is now on contract with WAPA. In her spare time she enjoys scrapbooking, hanging out with her two teenagers, snowboarding, golfing, and traveling anywhere a plane will take her. 


 
Andrea Heimbrock is the lead electronic records manager (ERM) at the Department of Energy. In her current position she has assisted in the design and is executing the Department of Energy’s ERM solution utilizing Microsoft’s M365 Compliance Center. Goals include migrating all of the Department’s data to a SharePoint Online baseline with automated records management controls in place.  With her team of IT and RM professionals, she has successfully migrated 13 different DOE offices to newly configured SharePoint sites and published a series of playbooks that document DOE’s approach.  Andrea has a degree in Masters in Library Science from the University of Buffalo. Andrea’s fur-family includes her tiny chihuahua, fluffy calico cat, and opinionated green cheek conure. She spends her free time dancing salsa and bachata, learning Spanish, and practicing her digital art.
