Holly Cox is the Records and Information Management Administrator for the City of Frisco, Texas. Since joining local government in 2016, she has championed a human-centered approach to records management. Holly holds an MLS in Archives and Digital Imaging from the University of North Texas, is a Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM), and is the Immediate Past President of the National Association of Government Archives and Records Administrators (NAGARA).
