REGISTRATION CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS

Should you ever need to make a change to an event registration, please e-mail your substitution or cancellation request to [email protected]. While substitutions are free, a 10% processing fee will be charged for all cancellations. Cancellations and/or substitution request to NAGARA's virtual events (Online Forums and Webinars) must be received in writing seven (7) calendar days in advance of the event date. Cancellations and/or substitution request to NAGARA's in-person events (Annual Conferences and Regional Forums) must be received in writing 10 calendar days in advance of the event date. 

Please note there are no refunds or substitutions granted after those dates.

NAGARA does not offer refunds of membership dues. Membership purchases are final. While Organizational Memberships are transferable among staff members of the same organization, Individual Memberships are non-transferable.
