Overview: Records management training doesn’t have to be boring! By switching the focus of training from the presenter to the user, records managers can better engage and inspire attendees. Presenters discuss efforts to use hands-on exercises, interactive games, discussions, and polling technology to adapt dull lectures into engaging workshops. The panel talks about opportunities to broaden the reach of training programs through live webinars, online courses, and virtual meetings, and lessons learned in producing content for remote learners.
