Overview: Although functional analysis is not a new approach, its broad application in three states provides models of how to divorce records scheduling from organizational hierarchies. Attendees of this webinar will hear panelists discuss the successes and pitfalls of their varied approaches to creating and implementing functional schedules. These panelists provide examples from their own professional experiences and conclude with a robust Q&A session.
