Overview: Congress approves over 94 BILLION dollars in technology spending, yet nothing is budgeted for assessing the impact of technology on the organization. Epic levels of records, data and information are being created daily and it is rare for an agency to have the ability and resources to actively manage the situation. Loosely based on ISO 15489 standard for records management, this webinar provides attendees with the 4 steps to the process of doing a RM assessment to capture the organization’s current state of being, and the opportunities for improvements that can arise from the results.
