How to Design Online Training

Overview: This webinar will cover best practices for designing online training, and the lessons the State of Michigan Records Management Services (RMS) learned while designing their online curriculum.
RMS knew that they could not train 50,000 state employees about records management using in-person training. A variety of full-length and short interactive online courses would be needed to reach the broadest audience. Now, RMS has a robust curriculum that is reaching thousands of employees every month.
