Julie Torres is the Assistant City Clerk for the City of Sparks, Nevada. She has been a public servant for over 23 years. She holds Associates degrees in General Education and Criminal Justice as well as a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Organization and Project Management. She is a Master Municipal Clerk, a Certified Records Manager and a Certified Public Official. She has served on several professional boards including the Nevada Municipal Clerks Association and the Nevada Association for Court Career Advancement.
