In this webinar presentation, the presenter discussed how systems and data are managed, proper maintenance of data throughout all stages, and incorporation of that into a risk management strategy. Attendees learned how records and information managers can work with IT and cybersecurity professionals to make sure all data and records can be properly secured and managed.

With close to a decade of professional IT experience, I currently serve as an SME in the development and delivery of technical assistance and training as a Cybersecurity Specialist and Instructor. My background encompasses Windows, MacOS, and Linux environments, device management, network and security architecture, and systems administration. I currently hold a B.S. in I.T., many of the leading certifications including Certified Ethical Hacker (CEH), PenTest+, Cybersecurity Analyst+ (CySA+), Security+, Network+, AWS cloud practitioner, Linux essentials, ITIL foundations, Project+, and am currently pursuing my M.S. in Cybersecurity and Information Assurance.
Prior to moving into I.T. and Security as a professional career, I was responsible for managing a medium/large sized call center for over a decade so I have a solid understanding of business processes and how to help them achieve their tactical and strategic goals which has greatly assisted in deliveries to a broader audience of elected officials, local leaders, and executives, as well as managers and I.T or Security Professionals. |
