Official Conference Room Blocks Are Sold Out
Both official NAGARA conference hotel blocks are now sold out. This includes the Loews Philadelphia Hotel (the conference host hotel) and the Sonesta Philadelphia Rittenhouse Square (the overflow hotel).
Attendees may still contact either hotel directly to check general availability at prevailing rates, or make alternate nearby lodging arrangements of their choosing.

Transportation, Parking & Getting to the Hotel
The Loews Philadelphia Hotel is located in Center City Philadelphia. Attendees traveling by air should plan their own transportation from Philadelphia International Airport (PHL) to the hotel. The hotel does not provide airport shuttle service.
SEPTA Airport Line Public Transportation Option
For attendees comfortable using public transportation, SEPTA’s Airport Line is a convenient way to travel from Philadelphia International Airport into Center City Philadelphia.
SEPTA’s Airport Line stops at all major Philadelphia International Airport terminals and provides rail service into Center City Philadelphia.
The closest SEPTA Airport Line stop to the Loews Philadelphia Hotel is Suburban Station, which is about a 12-minute walk from Loews (Host hotel). Suburban Station is also about a 2-minute walk from the Sonesta Philadelphia Rittenhouse Square (Overflow hotel).

Taxi & Rideshare
Philadelphia International Airport (PHL) is roughly 30 minutes from Center City Philadelphia, depending on traffic. Taxi and rideshare options are available at the airport.
Driving & Parking
Valet parking at the Loews Philadelphia Hotel is $60.02 per night, inclusive of tax and subject to change.
Self-parking options are available within approximately a two-block radius of the hotel, but are not provided or managed by the hotel.
Airport Line to Suburban Station
The SEPTA Airport Line connects Philadelphia International Airport with Center City, including Suburban Station.
Suburban Station to Loews
From Suburban Station, attendees can walk, taxi, or rideshare to the Loews Philadelphia Hotel.
What to Wear
At NAGARA events, we embrace a come-as-you-are philosophy. There is no official dress code for the conference or evening receptions. Wear what makes you feel comfortable, confident, and ready to participate.
Pack for Both July Heat and Cool Meeting Rooms
Philadelphia in July can be very hot and humid. Inside hotel meeting rooms, temperatures can vary and may feel cool, especially during longer sessions.
We recommend dressing in layers or bringing an extra layer with you (a light sweater, cardigan, pullover, jacket, scarf, or anything easy to add when rooms are cool and remove when it is warm). NAGARA staff works closely with the hotel to maintain comfortable temperatures throughout the event, but we recognize that personal comfort varies from person to person.
Evening Receptions
The same come-as-you-are approach applies to evening receptions. For Thursday night’s closing masquerade, masks and costumes are encouraged, but not required.
