NAGARA has secured discounted room blocks at two convenient Philadelphia hotels. Rooms are limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis. The room block cut-off date is Tuesday, June 30, 2026 (or when the block sells out).

Important Hotel Update
The room block at the Loews Philadelphia Hotel, NAGARA’s host hotel, has sold out. Attendees are encouraged to reserve a room at our overflow hotel, the Sonesta Philadelphia Rittenhouse Square, or make alternate nearby lodging arrangements of their choosing.

How to Make a Reservation

Group rate SOLD OUT.

The cut-off date for accepting reservations into the room block is Tuesday, June 30, 2026, or while rooms in the block are available, whichever comes first. Reservation requests received after 5:00 PM local hotel time on the cut-off date will be accepted based on guest room availability at the prevailing rates.
